A Note About Our Appointment Deposit Policy

At WITHIN Women’s Wellness, we value your time, and we ask that you value ours, too.

Our appointment deposit helps us protect the time reserved specifically for you. Depending on demand, appointments may be booked 4–6 weeks in advance, with other patients waiting for an opportunity to be seen. At other times, an opening may become available just a day or two away. When an appointment is canceled or moved, it can be difficult to offer that time to another patient who needs care.

Our deposit policy is simple:

• Your deposit secures your scheduled appointment.

• Deposits are nonrefundable when an appointment is moved or canceled.

• If you need to reschedule please notify us promptly.

• While we always strive to be understanding and accommodate patients when possible, we cannot make exceptions in every situation. Doing so would undermine the purpose of having a consistent policy for everyone.

  
  

We understand that life happens, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to work with you when unexpected circumstances arise. At the same time, maintaining a consistent policy allows us to respect everyone’s time and provide access to care for patients on our waiting list. The easiest way to protect your deposit is to keep the appointment you booked. Please choose a date and time you feel confident you can attend.
